CUSTOMER HOOK WORKSHEET

Take some time to really think thru the before and after state of your customer/client/patient. 

What does your brand promise?

What is the life of your customer like before your solution?

What is the life of your customer like after your solution?

To make this exercise a little easier, imagine you are your customer filling this out and use "I" and "my" statements.

As a guide, you will see the boxes pre-filled in with the hooks our company utilizes for a local business owner. 

*****This is not to be filled out about your own company's before and after state, this is about your consumer.*****

The first three hook types are applicable to every product or service. We require you to fill those out. We would like at least one additional hooks, if not all three. Fill in what you can.

Be as detailed as possible. The more info you give us the better we can craft your marketing message in the form of copy and imagery.

And of course, this goes with our Avatar Worksheet. Even if you have not completed that worksheet, give your avatar a name below that sums up the target audience for these specific hooks.
